Copyright Information and Usage

Media is copyright protected by Sky Perspective Media LLC. Media purchased from Sky Perspective Media LLC is allowed to be used for personal usage only. Any resale or distribution of digital media under the copyright protection of Sky Perspective Media LLC (including but not limited to corporate social media accounts, advertising, or display) is prohibited unless copyright credit is given to https://skyperspectivemedia.com or tagged to our Facebook page. To obtain rights for commercial use or to inquire about event promotion or using media in a motorsports publication, please contact us.

How will I receive my video?

After checkout, you may click the download link on the page to access your content. All footage is delivered via a Google Drive direct download link. You will also receive an email receipt which will contain the same download link.

How many times can I download my video?

After purchase, you can download your video(s) as many times as you like – however, due to server storage restrictions, footage is only available for purchase and download for 90 calendar days after it becomes available for purchase. After the 90 day period, your download link will no longer work.

What resolution is the purchased video?

All purchased footage delivered through the direct download link is 3840×2160 (4K UHD) resolution at 100 fps. All footage is provided in the standard Rec.709 color space and color graded with the standard DJI color profile on the DJI O3 Air Unit video system.

At this time, high dynamic range (HDR) footage in the Rec.2020, DCI-P3, or other HDR color spaces is not available.

How are videos priced?

Videos available for purchase in the store are priced according the length in seconds, but can vary based on the footage content. Sky Perspective Media LLC reserves the right to set pricing at our discretion and modify pricing at any time.

How long does it take for footage to become available after an event?

Videos are usually available on the store within 7 calendar days after the event, but processing times will vary depending on the event and the amount of footage to be processed. Be sure to follow us on Facebook to get notified of when footage is available for purchase on our store!

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes! Discount codes that can be used during checkout will be posted on our Facebook page.

Can I edit the footage I purchased?

You are free to edit, crop, or modify purchased video. However, Sky Perspective Media LLC retains the rights to the media and any resale of distribution for commercial use, even after editing or other modification, is prohibited unless copyright credit is given to Sky Perspective Media LLC. How can I purchase footage from more than 90 days ago?

Unfortunately, archiving high resolution video takes up a lot of storage space. Due to this, Sky Perspective does not archive past footage that is no longer available for purchase on the store. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to contact us to check, however there is no guarantee that the footage will still be available. 

Why do you need my billing address at checkout?

Any personally identifiable information (PII) collected during a transaction is strictly for internal use and accounting purposes only and is never shared with any outside parties. To request the deletion of your data, please contact us.

What events does Sky Perspective attend?

Sky Perspective regularly attends events and practice/track days at karts tracks in the Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Some tracks include Speedsportz Racing Park, KartMoto, Dallas Karting Complex, and North Texas Karters. We are unable to fly at some popular tracks, such as Gulf Coast Karters (GCKI) due to nearby airports. Be sure to follow us on Facebook to stay up to date on the next time we fly!

Does Sky Perspective offer customized packages for event promoters or individuals?

Absolutely – contact us to get a quote for a one on one filming session or to get promo footage for your event or racing series.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the inability to revoke access to footage after it is purchased, regardless if it was downloaded or not, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital media.

Therefore, all sales are final and we recommend double checking that each item in your cart is the one you wish to purchase.
